The flordahome Pear is a Large variety with green skin and thin tender white flesh and is very sweet with a juicy melting mild taste. Stores well and is very productive. Subtropical variety, chill 350 hours.requries cross polination from either Hood,nashi pear,sunshu,hosui,shinseiki or bonza there are others but I use these in Sydney
